I know a lot about WWE's creative team (not the writing team but broadcast and design) The team has changed and current day designers are lazy. In fact, they outsourced their corporate logo to a freelancer in New York. Their In house team work just for the money while maintaining personal projects on the side hence, you get a lot of copy paste promotional posters. Same would apply for the production which is copy+paste. They have also cut costs because they have no real competition to worry about
