It's same visual entertainment media as any other. I for example write and prepare dance routines for experimental dance troupes and if I see great wrestling match it is having same effect on me as watching great dance perfomance. And it's similar in the injury department. Several years ago we had a dancer paralyze herself for a while by missing her partner. She fell from the stage and injured herself really bad. Different anon, but from watching that .gif over and over, I've noticed she drops her legs and leans forward at the last moment to land more on her calf, knee and thigh rather than the hip itself. Not saying that there's no impact on the hip bone, but probably a good bit less than you'd think.
