This is my #1 problem in eternal confusion on why women's Lucha Libre is always so terrible. Honestly. People think the WWE division is bad but I've rarely seen a few good matches when it comes to luchadoras. Even the tecnicas/faces under the masks maybe throw out a cartwheel and a rana, but it's mainly arm drags and really bad kicks.

Maybe the problem is - by comparison - women are terrible lucha bases? Men always tend to look sturdier than women do and can pull off spots like that, but that doesn't explain why women don't kip up or hand spring as much as their male counterparts.
