Both of those women have enjoyed free access to the Performance Center for long stretches of time, as well as taking classes under Sara Del Ray, Sara Stock, Jason Albert, and others.

Kelly is the head trainer for the women of ROH. Yeah. She has just about nobody to raise her level, only helps others get up to hers. Sumie Sakai, Taeler Hendrix, and Deonna (when she is around) are the only women she can conceivably get in there and progress with. And none of them are burning up the ring themselves.

Kelly was better as a face when she was Mary Elizabeth Monroe. The asshole heel gimmick just doesn't suit her real life personality, and I think it has bummed her out some.

She's lost a lot of muscle mass the last year and her wrestling is suffering for it. She used to be able to toss other women around like it was nothing, and could fall away slam two women at once. That was her signature spot. I haven't seen her do it in a long time.
