He was never really "built", but at least he had some muscle definition. That's the main problem with his aesthetic now, I think.

It's not that he's fat, but that he doesn't have any kind of "bear mode" -look that even guys like Bray Wyatt and Kevin Owens have to some degree, at least. But if it's a physiological problem with Ohno, then I don't know if there's much he can do about it. Maybe hit the weights more, but if he accumulates fat far faster than muscle then he'd either make no real difference or just wind up as an obese blob.

Nah, thyroid problems can occur at any age really. They're just a lot more obvious when they occur during the growth phase because the difference to normal development is easy to notice.
