It does have one but it's often more flexible compared to the main roster, where pretty much every babyface is the same pandering retard and every heel is a cowardly meanie but also always right.

Asuka in particular is really flexible and tweaks her alignment depending on the opponent. She leans more towards babyface against Nia/Peyton/Billie and more towards heel against Bayley/Mickie. Turning her full blown heel was a desperation move to get people behind Ember 'as bland as the' Moon.
