Seth used to do a lot of flips in the past, he's toned it down a lot because of his injuries. Brock is probably still capable of doing flips, he's just lazy and doesn't want to fuck his neck up doing a shooting star press again.

There are guys in Mexico who can wrestle well into their 70s because bumping in Mexico is done differently than in the states and is actually safer than what the WWE does, even if the rings are harder to bump on
