It wasn't a big deal when McMahon said it. We lived in less sjw infested times. It shouldn't be a big deal now. Using nigga as a word interchangeable with "dude", "bro", "man" or whatever shouldn't even be considered racist. If someone says "that nigga is a spear chucking coon ass jiggaboo moon cricket" that is racist.

It's that people knew it was a character and that that character did something incredibly ill-judged and wrong.
