2009-2012 era was beyond horrid in terms of booking. Punk barely saved it with the pipe bomb otherwise nothing memorable would have come from it. Whoever says today WWE is shit (not that it isn't) really really hasn't watched the show during 2009-2012.

We still don't know who the Raw anon GM was, pretty sure originally it wasn't actually Hornswoggle. We also never found out what the Nexus' 'higher purpose' was that Barrett kept constantly bringing up. In my mind, Nexus, Shield and soon Anime Club are Haitch's tools of asserting power in the company in kayfabe.
