I mean we COULD just say stuff like "Reigns vs Benoit", but that's a total fantasy match.

Kane vs. Lesnar at 2002 on the other hand would have totally been possible, and I don't really know why WWE didn't go with it then. Maybe they wanted to protect the "monster-credibility" of both Kane and Lesnar.

Kane was at one point legitimately the stronstrongest in the company. Could chokeslam Beeg for real and beat Bork arm wrestling. Even when he came back smaller and leaner in 03 he was still a genetic freak.
