He got fucked over cause Piper said some shit about Vince and the WWE to HBO for a wrestling special and Sean was managed at the time by Piper. Piper got released due to his comments and Sean got "depushed."

It's also known that the WWE veterans ribbed the old WCW guys mercilessly when they came to the WWE. Most just dealt with it and didn't cause a stink over it, O'Haire though didn't take shit from nobody. According to a few people including Ivory, Booker T, and DDP; Hunter started some shit with Shane Helms that was really vulgar and O'Haire defended Helms who was a close friend. Hunter though that O'Haire was all talk so he fired back at O'Haire who didn't back down and even threw a punch at Hunter. Taker then came in and broke them up. After that O'Haire got the respect of the locker room, except for Hunter's guys, but he of course got in bad with Vince.

He then got in a motorcycle or car accident, I don't remember, and got hurt. When he came back, WWE had nothing for him so they sent him down to OVW. After a few months, O'Haire saw the writing on the wall and asked for his release.
