You'll be able to tell what they're going to do depending on the sequencing of the matches. If the Women's MITB is before Naomi/Lana (it probably will be), Lana will win and as long as the MITB winner isn't half dead they will cash in and take the title from Lana... then you'll get a Triple Threat match between Naomi Lana and whoever ends up champ on the following Smackdown, where whoever was "wronged and should've won" during the MITB will interfere in favor of either Naomi or Lana, thus creating two 1v1 feuds
