WWE is for all ages, but really focuses on family friendly content. Vince's whole system is that he caters to kids and stepdads, but throws a bone to adult/hardcore fans just often enough to keep them from leaving. I don't think the WWE is just for kids, although these days I don't even know why kids would watch it, it's so bland.
