Trucks and were trucks before wrestlers.
Ive been wondering this for a while. Do monster trucks, like pro wrestling, have a large cult following complete with rich history and insider jargon?
Yes but overrated.
>>2715538
Yes a fairly big (mostly hick, even more so than WWE) following, but not as much insider jargon since it isn't staged and thus there isn't as much to discuss as far as the "buisness" side of the events and such like in wrestling.
gimmie sum essential monster truck matches

Not essential, but a pretty badass way to end a run with a broken truck.

Wasn't Maximum Destruction used to be named after Goldberg?
Bigfoot was a bigger draw but ya Grave Digger was a draw.
I used to have tapes of monster truck shows, with cinematic scenes in the middle. I think one of those scenes was a business man trying to get into his car on a NYC street, and then suddenly a huge ass monster truck rolls down the street real slow demystifying everything in its path, and the guy has to race the clock to get out of the street.
