what is a good martial arts to begin with? i was into boxing

Everyone seems to be big on Ju Jitsu. Maybe give that a try.

Traditional jiu jitsu is fine. Brazilian JJ is good for the cage, but for the most part is just a meme.

The only martial arts that you need is BJJ because it will be the only one to teach you about leverage which Helio created when he was a young boy dying of cancer and used to be able to beat a much bigger opponent. Also 90% of fights go the ground and this is where BJJ excells at
