What do you think about the Home Grown Talent WWE creates at their training center with people like Mojo and Tino.
Do you think the performance center trains average wrestlers?
>>
Well they have a superstars in Alexa Bliss and The Drifter, but there are way more misses than hits. Who the hell is this Tino guy?
>>
Look at the trainers they've had.
>Al Snow
>Hugh Morris
>Bob Holly
>A-Train

They're being taught how to entertain millions by dimeless wonders. There's no ring psychology being taught, no promo skills being enhanced, so they're just creating oversized vanilla midgets.
>>
>>2696098
Agreed all those guys suck, but William Regal is based though?
>>
>>2696088
>Who the hell is this Tino guy?
Wow, just neck yourself already, you worthless piece of filth.
>>
>>2696086
name ONE (1) good """""wrestler""""" that came out of the PC
>>
It's hard to judge NXT and the Performance Center's ability to produce talent when the writing and booking on the main roster is laser focused on making sure nobody gets any momentum and nobody gets over to any meaningful degree.

From whore to ring rat. How fitting.
>>
>>2696102
Yeah, how dare you not know about some college football nobody who's had all of 3 televised matches in NXT in the last 3 years, all of which are tag matches where he lost.

HE'S CLEARLY THE NEXT BROCK LESNAR FAGGOT
>>
>>2696086
Homegrown talent in the past:
>John Cena
>Randy Orton
>Brock Lesnar
>Batista
Homegrown talent now:
>Tino Sabatelli
>Mojo Rawley
>Tyler Breeze
>Enzo and Cass
What is Vince doing wrong now?
>>
>>2696101
I think Regal's role is as more of a talent scout than a hands on trainer.
>>
>>2696103
Roman, Bray and Charlotte desu senpai
>>
>>2696108
Hello Plebbit. Tino is literally the GOAT, and if you disrespect him again I'll be forced to Benoit your faggot ass.
>>
>>2696108
I actually knew who he was, but the guy sucks I don't see his massive appeal here.
>>
>>2696101
If Regal was Training them they would be GOAT on debut

Based Regal is riding the clock down there

When the biggest most over guy in the performance center looks like this your know you fucked up somewhere.
>>
>>2696086
They created the greatest female superstar in the world with Bliss
>>
The trainers are mostly former jobbers, that's why 95% of the wrestlers who never did indies/only trained at the PC are shit. Anyone who held a respectable position on the card and had some talent during their career doesn't need to beg WWE for a job (unless theyre Mick Foley) as trainer after they retire.
>>
>Be famous indie talent that even though i have the ring skills I don't have the mic skills
>Go to the performance center
>Get yelled at by some former Marine lady, get my style neutered and the only time I get to cut promos is when Scott Dawson comes to tell us we are shit
>Go to NXT where I get injured 60 percent of the time and get stuck there for 2 to 3 years
>Finally make it to the main roster but due to my shit Mic Skills I get to wrestle Mojo or Enzo depending on the brand I'm on
>Get released 6 months later

You know, I don't blame the Vanilla midgets as much as I blame the shit performance center, they where set up for failure from the very begining
>>
>>2696098
Snow has been with TNA since 2010

>>2696109
Breeze is currently the best wrestler on that list in a landslide so your cherrypicking didn't even work.

>>2696158
Jobbers are not inherently bad wrestlers and who do you think trained the main eventers of yesteryear?

Depends on the jobbers. Were they used as squash guys, undercard fillers, mid-card pin eaters, or world traveled veterans? The latter are usually pretty good. These would be your Regels, your Normans, your Alberts etc.

Meanwhile in Japan, where most of the good wrestlers are coming from these days, training looks like this: https://streamable.com/oc0rw

Whereas at the Performance Center, they're doing fuckin Crossfit drills and learning how to throw real punches that they won't be able to use. really waters the ol' melon.
>>
>>2696565
At least they don't get raped at the PC.
>>
aside from Ramen and Charles are there any more homegrown talents that were successful
>>
>>2696569
Yeah you just get berated or dropped on your neck by Bill Demott and sexually harassed if you're a female.
>>
>>2696571
>successful
>Roman Reigns
>>
>>2696086
Sara Del Ray is their only good trainer and it's obvious. Also, what qualifies as homegrown? Sasha was basically a backyard wrestler for two years and a majority of her career and training has been with WWE. Rusev had like 3 pro wrestling matches in California before going to NXT.
>>
>>2696580
To that end, both The Revival & DIY count as homegrown teams since they didn't tag on the indies.
>>
>>2696086

As a developmental facility the PC pretty much seems to be a failure. They hardly have created anyone of note outside of Charlotte and Corbin and he isn't exactly great either.

Roman wasn't even in the PC, he was with the Shield before it was finished.

Alexa is a natural talent on the mic, but in the ring she needs to be carried hard to get a decent match.

Everybody else who is now successful on the main roster (what little that means these days) had training and experience elsewhere before they came to the PC.

And there are a lot of guys who are now at the PC for years and don't seem to progress at all. Dana is still utter shit. Sabbatelli is still useless and so on and so forth.

NXT gets pretty much completely carried by indie wrestlers these days, just look on the card of the last takeover. I think outside of the AoP there was no homegrown guy on the card whatsoever and those two were amateur wrestlers and MMA fighters before as well, I think.
>>
>>2696612
>They hardly have created anyone of note

How can you blame the PC for decisions made outside it?

It's not their fault American Alpha have been off TV for a month.
>>
>>2696580
>Sasha was basically a backyard wrestler for two years and a majority of her career and training has been with WWE.

She had her first TV match only about half a year after she signed and she was already a decent wrestler when she signed. She isn't homegrown by NXT.
>>
It's a failure
>>
>>2696619
They're off TV because they don't look like wrestlers. They look like models for the cover of a gay porn DVD.
