Yeah, they never said Patrick Clark during the NXT Takeover match. But it's not a different character than he had before.

I know it's NXT and they change things as they go since it's developmental, like changing Macey Estralla to Lacey Evans, or saying some guy has "ring rust" because he wasn't wrestling in WWE but has been wrestling elsewhere.

Anyway, I wasn't trying to shit on Patrick Clark, I hope he does well, I liked him on Tough Enough as he seemed to be one of the only ones that took it seriously and cared about wrestling. Of course, I liked Sara Lee and look at her, she just got pregnant and retired. What a career!
