Why all the wrestlers that are fan favorites are heels? WWE should turn them to faces and use them to build more heels.

Because the WWE can't do babyfaces anymore. They either want them to be like Daniel Bryan or John Cena.
Or they don't even try, give them terrible promos, 50/50 booking and no one gets over.
Being heel is generally easier, specially in terms of promos, so they can still get over.
