-Allow more off the cuff talking, giving the wrestlers an opportunity to truly flesh out their characters

-Use the tv show to actually push fueds/storylinesn not just use wrestling itself to do it, no more obvious 15 to 20 minute filler matches on the tv show just to fill up those two or three hour timeslots (i.e. those garbage Jinder/AJ & Randy/Corbin matches on Smack). This would also allow for fueds to feel more special since you're not running a matchup into the ground before the PPV. So it creates actual anticipation in the process.

-All matches should serve a purpose, feel important too. Extended matches/Money Matches should take place on PPV only, always having a big fight aura about them

-Give the product/show some superior presentation, remove the gross corporate aspects of it that deter people from watching

-Stop trying to appeal to everyone, while alienating everyone at the same time. Create must watch TV, set the trends. Become pop culture not mimic pop culture.

-Make the PPVs actually feel special and distinctive from the tv show, i'd start by bringing back the unique custom sets for PPVS.

These are just some basic things i'd do to better the proudct. I'm smart enough of a watcher to realize the roster is not the collective problem, so removing a shitload of them isn't fixing shit.
