The Invasion. I thought the WCW and ECW guys were a serious threat to the WWF.
I live in Canada and we didn't get WCW, I knew like 3 WCW wrestlers, everybody else was new to me. I had no idea the invasion roster was 95% WCW jobbers

The CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy feud. Had no idea he was a druggie back then, was extremely pissed off when Punk dressed up as Hardy.

Triple H and Shawn Michaels feud. I was a huge DX fan and when HHH beat the shit out of Shawn I ripped down my DX posters.

Exact same here. I was so afraid of WWF being "taken over" when of course the other two companies were bought out IRL.

In retrospect I probably would've enjoyed ECW if I had seen it all the way back when it was running. However the more I read about WCW, the more I'm convinced it was mostly utter shit.
