Well, Hall & Nash were basically behind all the nWo/WCW angle (Hall pitched Crow Sting too) and changed the ways bussiness was done with wrestlers in the way of pay and such; they literally changed THE business.

X-Pac never did anything great, maybe being a precursor of flippy shit but that's pushing it a lot.

Shawn (and HHH to a lesser extent) was the one to push the boundaries in 1997 WWF with DX being as lewd, gay and drunk as possible in every segment in an attempt to be as cool as the nWo at the time, so you could say he changed the direction of the company too, or rather being the subject test of that change.

HHH practically runs WWE today with Vince and is responsible in a way or another for everything that happened with the company, be it NXT, WWE or the indies they work with.
