We need something like Lucha Underground but with more cost efficiency and less cringe. It could be lucha ECW if they do it right. Finally giving us a true actually GOOD alternative to WWE.

The stories can be fun and yeah I know it isn't meant to be taken seriously. I still think it could probably be really good if done in a more traditional wrestling show manner. They have good wrestlers with good characters and the atmosphere is really good.

The issue they have is that they don't make money to justify those production values. The style also isn't going to be for everybody.

Take something similar to Lucha Underground, adopt the characters and atmosphere but make it much more grounded in reality on a good television channel and you got a really good wrestling show that could truly be the competition we need is all I'm saying.
