How do wrestlers actually train? Youtube says it's weightlifting (some weird mix of Powerliftis and bodybuilding), biographies say hundreds of pushups and squats. Lesnar is all over the place.

I've been chatting to a few of the guys I see at wrestling training, and the common theme is lots of cardio. Apart from that, personal preferences for look and wrestling style inform most of each person's workout. There are a couple of guys that struggle to perform moves on gibber guys because they lack the strength to lift and hold them. Either they change their workout, or cut out the stuff they struggle with
