Yeah, on the one hand I like his fat schoolyard bully with a chip on his shoulder thing, but as he's said he doesn't train and loves junk food so even if he is only working 10-15mins a day his heart is a ticking timebomb and he could actually go places in the WWE if he could cut weight. I don't even think he has to get ripped, just tone his arms and slim down in general.

I like fat KO, I think it fits him.

Although losing some body fat would help a lot desu, Miz used to be chubby too and he looks great now. Kevin going from fat to chubby would be great as he would lose his belly but may still keep huge arms

That is one of the core problems these days. The WWE doesn't have decent babyfaces anymore because it is very hard for a face to get over with all those badly written scripted promos. Add to that the bad booking all the time and most faces never had a chance.
