Is the Superman punch an effective move? It looks retarded when I see mma fighters use it. Roman makes it entertaining. I'll give him that.

In theory, the original Superman Punch (in MMA) is where you feint kick (with the rear leg) and suddenly switch to a punch, with only a small jump (like a small hop).

With Roman's version, he does a much bigger jump, without the kick feint. Maybe the bigger jump makes it look flashier? The ground punch looks ok (especially when he does his WM entrance with the pyro), but I'll admit the lock-and-load wrist jerk does look lame.
