His in-ring psychology helped make what could've been just another spot monkey match gain meaning.

He helped both Seth (who had ho-hum PPV matches) and Balor (who had squash matches, tag matches and got Jindered prior to this match) go over, like a good heel should.

Miz is one of the best upper mid heels of the last decade. It's really hard to say that he is underrated. He doesn't look the part of a wrestler/entertainer. Athletes have to look the part and so do entertainers. When I look at the Miz I don't feel threatened. He honestly doesn't have anything going for him outside of his "snarky" heel promos that push near shoot levels at times. He is excellent at cutting some "insider" style like promos, but that's it. His ceiling is basically those promos and now we have this past promo that you all are drooling over.

The Miz? I like the fact that it's not some "normal" street name. However, I just can't get behind someone named after a 13 year old boys wrestling name because that's exactly what it sounds like. The Miz sounds like a name he came up for himself when he was a child. Nothing about his name matches his personality, look, theme, etc. There is no creative link with anything about The Miz character. Big deal, he beat John Cena, just another fucking tool of the industry no better than The Miz. Both are WWE made products and it's no wonder either man has a true story to tell, especially Cena. I'll give Miz the nod when it comes to ring work, but that's not saying much. Either hit the juice and start pumping iron, or dramatically change the character. The Miz is about as plain as a glass of water placed on a plain piece of white paper.

Miz has always been a great talker, nobody can dispute that but the matches he puts on , it's basic and safe. I can't remember a single 5 star match he's been in, can anyone? Even his last main event match had him carried by Indy Darlings Prince Devitt and Tyler Black.

Yes, he's been the most dependable wrestler in WWE and never gets injured but his matches are never that memorable.

I will admit that he's great on the mic, that's about it. He still wants me to change the channel.

He delivers a good promo and now everybody thinks he's one of the best. What he said to Bryan was somewhat true, but he still can't even lace Bryan's boots.
