It was still cool and awesome. Like I said, Honky Tonk Man is the greatest heel in WWF history. The Liz stuff is Jake at his absolute nadir and worst as a heel, sure, but he was still captivating and entertaining and you weren't sure if you even wanted Savage to beat him because Savage was a fucking psychopath in his own right.

I was annoyed that Honky took the belts off Steamboat but there were so many better heels in the WWE than Honky. Ivan Koloff took the belt off Bruno than left because he was afraid he would get killed and George Steele when he was a heel was crazy. In a Meadowlands match he was surrounded by riot cops.
