Not the way the WWE does it these days. Badly scripted promos, 50/50 booking, artificially pushing guys who aren't over instead of just going with someone who gets over by his talent and THEN push him or her.

We know that John Cena has essentially been the only consistent dimes drawer in the last decade, but he was never able to hit that Mega Dimes super mainstream level. Why? Because no one else was allowed to get to Cena's level, and you need an entire roster of top-tier characters in order for a Mega Dimes character to shine through.
