It is The Great Khali. I know, I know unbelievable right? Well hear me out.

Khali suffered from a disease in which he grew to an abnormally large size which was cause by a tumor on some part of his brain. He eventually got this tunor removed to stop the growing.

His run as Mr America was before he got the tumor removed and he hadnt yet grown to the size he is now. You can tell it is him by his stiff movements in the ring and similar wrestling style consisting mostly of strikes.

We had to end the Mr America run after we had learned of the tumor. Khali had surgery to get the tumor removed and so we wrote him off of tv. He was very hesitant to get the surgery and tried to wait it out as long as possible. This is when he had hid huge growth spurt. He finally got to a point where he had to have the surgery or he would die so he had it done. He made a full recovery but it did take some time time before he was healthy enough to wrestle again. We obviously couldnt have him come back as Mr America after going through such a major appearance change and so we repackaged him as The Great Khali.

You may notice during Khalid matches he doesnt do or take many dangerous moves. This is to protect his head. He was t at like a Dbry or Bret level of danger but we wanted to be careful. He had his run that you all know of but eventually he decided the risk wasnt worth it and retired.
