Triple H v HBK feud was long as fuck, it lasted from SummerSlam 2002 and ended WM 20 (2004).

I wanna say Raven/Dreamer but I think that at some point over the 2 years they sort of did other things but kept each other in the background so I'm not sure. Kane/Undertaker if we can do revisits, that only got squashed like 5 or 6 years ago so 14 years worth I believe.

As far as seeing an even building up, in recent memory The Shield come to mind. We always knew the point was to break them up because they kept pushing how close they were, it was just who, and they played fans to a tee based on what they knew prior to the likes of Dean and Seth joining WWE. And to take it further, Ambrose/Rollins is an extension of that and it only just paid off when Ambrose cashed in, so thats like 3 years of build up for some comeuppance that unfortunately came about 12 months too late.
