Start at '95, watch Hardcore TV (uncut preferably, you need the music and the hype videos)

Be forewarned, ECW is not for a lot of great ring work. It was revolutionary for the time, and it's largely remembered for the development, characters, booking, atmosphere, and presentation.

well you're gonna have some issues watching it, the Network edits most of the entrance music which is an important part of the presentation and doesn't have a lot of the supercards or you're gonna have to watch it in shitty quality, honestly trying to watch it chronologically isn't worth it
