Raw has too many top guys

The Smackdown roster is paper thin and has very few top guys.

Raw has so many top guys, yet we all know it's set in stone that Lesnar is gonna hold the title for a year and drop it to the BBD. So much of the roster is going to be wasted.

Setting the plans in stone this early fails to account for any changes, such as BRAUN being the most over guy in the company right now. If he was on SD at least he could get a run at establishing himself as a real top guy, not just jobbing out to BBD, and maybe get a title run.

Legit Main Guys on Raw: >BBD, Lesnar, Rollins, Jeff Hardy, Strowman

Second Tier Raw Guys who would be main event level at SD:>Joe, Balor, Miz, Ambrose, Bray

Whereas when you look at SD all they have are >AJ, Orton (boring) and Cena (part-timer)

Maybe you can argue for Owens and Naka, but right they wouldn't be getting near the main event on Raw for sure.
