I stopped watching weekly the night HHH handed the title to Owens. It was bringing things full circle for me cause when I started rewatching wrestling in 2013, I saw HHH handing Orton the title at summerslam and I realized I was just watching and rewatching the same storylines hashed and rehashed dozens of times.

Honestly for most it does, but I really think Jinder is an exception based on his transformation. With 3MB he was a slightly chubby goofball who didn't care about wrestling as much as he did playing in his band. Now he is a (roided) up pissed off Sikh that's tired of getting confused as a Muslim terrorist. He even brought his boys from Bollywood in to start bringing awareness to this problem. He even had good showings with Rusev and against Balor on Raw (compared to Slater who didn't last a minute).

I think Kayfabe wise that the current push is completely reasonable and not too far of a jump on his progression as a wrestler.
