He put NXT on the map and was their greatest champ. NXT got shit when he left, and you know it's true.

He didn't do much on the main roster until recently, that's true, but that's more a result of Titus-tier booking and a freak injury a couple of weeks before he was due to win the IC title at Mania.
As a performer, Neville is a huge asset to the company. Doesn't cause trouble, works his ass off, is incredibly talented and well liked backstage.
