but to start every company has a direction their fans are expecting you to follow. you can find that in the product tab and will give you match:angle ratios for TV and events. It also has several options to define your booking focus(the page defines everything on it to teach you). You'll follow that framework to appease your fans. For example WWE has in most mods a either a 50:50 or 60:40 match:angle ratio, they don't like hardcore/strong style/aerial moves, they want their wrestlers to have defined gimmicks, and are less focused on in-ring performance. This is probably the most important thing to know to keep your segment ratings high.


Small tips
>start storylines in the storylines tab to track your programs and generate/maintain interest in your company. Most companies fans want storylines to follow.

i'm playing in the default universe with FCW, what's a good way to make shows profitable? i always end up losing because my costs are bigger than the revenue.

Honestly, it doesn't take that long to book shows once you know what you're doing. Best to start with a small company that only runs monthly shows. You can also turn off a lot of options in the user preferences to make things easier. TEW 2016 also has a freestyle angle feature so you don't have to make your own angles all the time.

Storyline Idea: 8 man tourney to determine the first Global champ. Semis will be Ryback vs Mr. Anderson and Sabin vs Kurt Angle. Sabin will go over Kurt Angle but lose to Ryback in the final. Ryback is the first champ.

You could go with an undefeated storyline.
Build up talent like Ricochet/Sabin/Shelley.
Depending if you want to have a cruiser title you can get some Mexicans talent, good in ring workers, japs as well.

I see dudes like Carlito, the Briscoes (if you want a tag team division, Briscoes vs Motor City Machine Guns would be dope for starters) I see bucks of youth as well you may be able to get them as attractions, I see hardys as well, Haas/Shelton you could have these guys for solid tag team.

I see "old talent" as well like RVD, Vader, Raven,Ultimo Dragon, you could hire them and put over some young folks of yours by having them retire the oldies, like if you get a young, big and strong dude, get him to feud w/ Vader and retire him, same with Van Dam and Dragon, Raven ect.

You could have a stable as well, heel stable fucking shit up with heel GM by their side, manager wise i don't think I saw him but I remember James Mitchell being pretty good in game.

You could have KOTR like tournament in the future for #1 contenders

Not sure yet really. My better wrestlers just put on better shows, but the grade also seems to go up any time I can advance a story i.e. two guys feuding, one of them interferes in another's match.
