He's 8 years younger and more athletic, wrestles a different style than Nakamura. IMO he is better, particularly at this point in their careers.

They're good friends in real life and Okada cried at Nakamura's last match in New Japan.

In my opinion, right at this moment, Okada>Omega=Styles>Nakamura. There are others mixed in and around them, but those are names you might recognize. Okada's the current face of NJPW, the heavyweight champ, and currently one of the best wrestlers in the world. Nakamura is great in his own element, but he's an inch below Styles and a foot below Okada right now.

Where would you put Tanahashi and Naito in that?

Naito is fantastic but he needs substance to work against. His match with Omega at G1 last year is as good as Omega vs Okada at WK11 imo. But consistently he's not quite at that level to me. Tanahashi is a perennial great, probably just below Nakamura's level, but he's lost just a little bit of steam due to age. For years, though, and during his feud with Okada, he was incredible.
