By getting shot of Bushiroad they already did half the work. They've started building partnerships with other companies worldwide, which is a good. They should probably also open up to the indies like AJPW did and see about booking BJW dudes or similar - they've got the Dove Pro and general j-sleaze guys but that won't be enough. They should also stop running Korakuen so often because there's no way they aren't losing money on it. Product-wise they're doing fine right now though, it's actually watchable again

NOAH is already fixing itself. Match quality has gotten way better and the fans are coming back. It's pretty amazing how forgiving Japanese fans can be: All Japan managed to bounce back from the brink of death and now NOAH as well.
