I liked IX for its theme at Caesar's Palace, it made it feel visually unique and I wish more Manias would attempt to do that instead of just making it look like Raw in a stadium. The closest I can think of is maybe 21 with the Hollywood set and vignettes.

XI had a really good title match and I popped for Yokozuna as a kid so not all bad. LT was better than expected too.
