The shot is fine. Have cameras pull back to a wideshot and get it in the background, naturally, any time you like.

The bit that is hack is when they direct every wrestler to pause, turn, and slow point at it. The only thing I am thinking of in that moment is a nativity play with a six year old dressed as a wise man pointing at the star in the night sky.

Getting angry at this is like getting mad of a wrestler holding the title over their head after a victory.

Pointing off into the distance like that has always symbolized a destination that one will make come hell or high water, it's "moving forward" in this case that destination is Wrestlemania.

A wrestler pointing to the sign showcases the journey they are taking. It's theatric, yeah but that's what pro wrestling IS, it's theater.

You want to remove a very good, iconic and symbolic gesture because many people have done it already which is retarded reasoning.
