The ankle lock is a perfectly fine sub finisher, but the way Angle did it was the most kayfabe breaking shit ever. I'm pretty sure Shamrock was the one who started doing it standing up though so I can't blame Angle fully for it, but it's still retarded.

As a pretend hold for a TV show the ankle lock is pretty GOAT actually.

Toe holds are legit.

That move if seriously put on can destroy a knee/ankle.
