Either Rob Black or Rob Feinstein.

Black ran XPW and a hardcore porn video company. He would regularly cut wrestling style promos in his porn movies, which usually had torture and simulated rape (also animal brutality like women being penetrated with fish and torturing puppies) - he was eventually arrested and found guilty of obscenity charges.

Rob Feinstein ran RF video which distributed ROH videos for years. Feisntein was arrested in a sting operation when he tried to solicit a 14 year old boy for sex.
