HHH is getting more control and he's pushing veteran talent from other promotions Vince didn't want to, plus the ex-TNA talent are actually decent with promos.

The other younger talent are either out of shape/small/uncharismatic/injury prone.

Just a byproduct of the young talent growing up watching the attitude era and focusing on becoming spot monkeys instead of cutting promos and lifting weights

Braun is average in the ring but has a nice look and presence, his mic skills aren't so bad, and at least we don't see him cutting a 20 minute promo.

Honestly NXT should be only for the younger wrestlers to get some character and practice, not for old indy stars to stay for a year or two before coming to the main roster. I'm glad AJ didn't have to go there.

Look at The Drifter in NXT. Legitimate homegrown heel who gets a lot of heat should be the main mid-carder heel on NXT, instead he hasn't been on a show for 3 weeks.
