His entire gimmick is breaking kayfabe.

He is basically no-selling every single one of his opponents. Realistically, he would never be able to win a fight against anyone on the roster. He's a fat, old, neckbeard manlet. But because wrestling is fake, he doesn't take any damage from his opponents and acts like he is stronger than them.
Also, all his promos are coming with sarcastic remarks completely ignoring the character that his opponents are trying to build up and acting like they are actors, not the characters that they are portraying. If a guy came in as the monkey man, KO would not say "Oh no a scary monkey!", he would say "Nice costume, jackass".

All in all, he is ruining WWE.
