Will WWE ever play Raw or Smackdown live on the network?

Not any time in the near future. Their TV deal with USA explicitly prevents that and forces them to wait 30 days before uploading it to the network.

1 day but it's through USA and an hour is cut from RAW.

Unless something HUGE changes between now and 2019, when the TV deal is up, not anytime soon.

At the rate cable TV is decaying, though, who knows.
