New Japan is still in it's shit years. Probably won't ever come back to the jam-packed Tokyo Dome days. WWE is just too big. They can put on a shit product for as long as they want but they have the most money, the most number of talent and the biggest influence in the wrestling world.

Because it's being put on ITV, which is a major UK network that pulls in numbers that would likely eclipse Raw's consistent viewership with half-decent placement and marketing.
It's the only show that could bring in more weekly viewers than Raw.
