Keep in mind though, most guys are up to an inch taller in the morning that in the evening, due to gravity on the cushioning between your bones and vertebra slightly compressing them. Thor might be 6'9" evening, and Shaw might be 6'8" morning. -So technically Shaw isn't lying or at least not trying to be deceptive.

Strongman might pad that stats of some of their top athletes, most sports do that, but NOTHING close to what the WWE is notorious for.

If Thor is even 6'9" then there is no way Cass is anything over 6'8". And if that's true then the Big Show might only be 6'9" or 6'10". Certainly was shorter than legit 7ft Shaq.

Yeah but BigShow IS a lot thicker and more broad than Shaq. When you look at someone like Shaq most of his height is in his legs. Guys like BigShow actually have a larger Torso and even thicker bones.

Could Hafthor be wrong about being 6'9"? What if he was last measured was when he was playing basketball when he was 17 years old? If that's the case and he grew a couple inches since then how would he know? Does someone that tall even bother to measure? Even at a Doctors office I would think the nurse just asks him, vs. having to get a chair to stand on to actually go through the trouble of measuring.

When Brian Shaw says he's 6'8" I believe him. If you ever saw him in person so would you. He is huge beyond belief.
