She must always look better than anyone else on screen, despite being a heel who should routinely be outclassed and made a fool of. This already handicaps the writers since a ceiling is set for how far a heel can go (never outshine her) and how over a face can get (never talk back to her).

That's not even covering things like 50/50 booking, a refusal to let anyone get over if they're not supposed to, and an obsession with making heels in to absolute cowards and doofuses.

SD has a smaller talent pool and yet somehow outshines Raw every week. There's a reason SD got Rhyno and Slater over and Raw can't even get a decent reaction for Bayley any more.

I don't know how much of a creative power she exactly has , but she should have a lot of it. Ratings went to hell with her there , if anyone gets in charge of tv show that has lost more then half of its viewers would he keep people in charge ? I wouldn't. That being said she is cancer as on screen character and no one who gets even remotely involved with her gets anything good of it Sasha being latest example. And it's not that she just puts people down , it's how she talks with everyone for example KO, he is the champion that your husband handpicked and in their conversations KO comes across like he's bothering her , like he is unimportant and boring , that's not how you treat your champion especially the one you want to be a champion. The same goes for anyone else or most of them she acts like no one is nowhere worthy of her time which again makes talents look bad.
