Because Titus hasn't won a match in months and the only non-champs to announce for the Rumble are Corbin, who technically did win something, and Braun, who represented Raw at Survivor Series, has repeatedly beaten the piss out of several former and current champs and who's fucking huge and has repeatedly demonstrated not having a problem with murdering everybody if you don't give him what he wants.
