When did this turn into...

When WWE drove away all the casuals by putting Stephanie in creative in 2002. Once HHH buried a lot of the fan favorites (RVD, Booker T among others) on Raw people had less reason to tune in. Same happened with Cena, as much as he's liked now SuperCena going over everyone turned a lot of casual people off of the product.

Now the only fans left are hardcore fans despite WWE trying to run them off in droves by making their flagship show a 3 hour snoozefest.
