Fires all of the people Vince kept around due to his own personal loyalties
Takes full control of the company and brings in Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and others of the kliq to run the company.
Stephanie being the daddy issues slut that she is, plays along.
WWE dies 3-5 years later

Not this because wouldn't Shane get his father's company?
You should be asking what "was" his endgame. The dude married the boss' daughter. Even if he completely fails at running the company he will always have way more money than he would have had had he not married the boss' daughter.
